As the name suggests, a meal unique to the Circassian.
- 1 Whole chicken
- 3 garlic cloves
- 250 g walnut
- ½ dried bread
- 1 coffee cup with olive oil
- 1 Pinch red pepper
Clean, wash and boil a medium-sized chicken for half an hour. Aside, pull dried old bread, walnuts and garlic with the help of a blender. After chicken is cooked separate the meat from the bones and skin in shreds.
Add warm water to the pulled mix in the blender until completely soaked and becomes a paste. Add the chicken. Place the mix in a service plate. Add the remaining walnuts for dressing. Then add some olive oil and red pepper.
